Job Description
- Working Hours: 8am to 5:30pm on 5 days’ work week
- Keying all receipts into Navision (IBG,Cash,Cheques)
- Preparing Excel file for retention (IBG, Cash, etc)
- Issuing Credit Notes using Navision
- Liaising with Sales Team
- Preparing report on invoices and following up with customers on Invoices
- Track posting of invoices
Requirements
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure
- Handle customer billing enquiry and dispute
- Experienced in Excel, Winword, Navision, Computerised package on ERP Mode
